Leadership workshops
SoLEAD's Leadership workshops are very unique by the fact that they are being done on a boat. Sailing and living on a boat for few days is creating the right atmosphere for unique and very fruitful learning experience.
It provides reflection about yourself as a leader. It fosters, openness and intimacy that being a crew member on a sailboat creates.
The materials covered on this workshop provides a toolbox for CEOs and C level executives for leadership challenges ahead of them.
