About SoLEAD
We founded SoLEAD as a home for "Peer communities for sole-leaders". Those leaders that are alone at the top of the organizational pyramid have the need for peers community to get advice, feedback or reflection.
Those needs can be achived best through peers that we trust and feel comfortable share our challenges with.
SoLEAD communities are building and maintaining strong, honest, open and trustworthy connections between it's members by having sailing adventures and meetings along the year.

The Team
Ori Lahav
Many years of leadership in the tech industry and his love to the sea lead Ori Lahav to start SoLEAD.
For the last 17 years Ori is Outbrain Co-Founder, CTO and GM Israel. Prior to that he lead software teams in eBay, Shopping.com and Vsoft. All combined to 22 years of tech leadership career.
Ori studied practical software engineering in Rupin Academic Institute.
Before that Ori did few years as marine excursions and commercial skipper.
Ori is also Israeli Navy officer and patrol ship captain.
At the summer of 2023, together with his wife Alona he combined both the passion for leadership empowerment and the sea to create SoLEAD communities.
